Holistic Energy Practitioner, Medical Intuitive
There is an energy field around the body, called an aura. We know that it exists because we can take pictures of it now. We know that if there is an imbalance or block in the energy field (aura) that it can create problems physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In session, Atherton works with the client and assists them in gently going to the heart of the matter to release any imbalances so that the body can return to balance and finding healing.
Atherton has been extensively trained as a medical intuitive and holistic energy practitioner. She has been in private practice since 2000 and has personally conducted over 35,000 healing balances. She is the author of The Intuitive Dance and Following Body Wisdom and appears in the documentary, Voyage to Betterment.

Dr. Cheryl Proctor, N.D. a newcomer to Guelph, is well known by many Ontario naturopaths, because chances are, she was their instructor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. A “seasoned practitioner”, Dr. Proctor brings three decades of clinical experience to her naturopathic practice at the Paradigm Centre.
Her approach to naturopathic care is eclectic, meaning it is influenced by many perspectives, and allows for the use of one or more treatment modalities, depending on what is most appropriate for that particular person, at that point in time.
Dr. Proctor graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she was a faculty member, and played a key role in developing the Department of Women’s Health Studies. She continues to teach and mentor students of naturopathic medicine in their clinical skills at CCNM, and to offer expertise in women’s health in her practice.
In addition to women’s health, Dr. Proctor is a naturopathic general practitioner who enjoys working with people of all ages and circumstances, and treating both acute and chronic conditions.
